Our doctor, Dr. Randy L Gittess, is a graduate of the University of Miami, the Medical College of Virginia and the Albert Einstein Medical Center. He has met all the requirements set down by the State Board in his field and has full responsibility for everything occurring in his practice.
He employs orthodontic assistants meeting certification requirements set by the state. They perform all reversible procedures in the office under direct and indirect supervision by Dr. Gittess.
He employs clerical assistants, usually specialized by divisions such as finances, scheduling and intake. They report directly to an organization supervisor called a manager, who reports to Dr. Gittess.
He employs a laboratory technician who fabricates the appliances used for the treatment of his patients. The technician coordinates with the certified assistants to ensure appliances custom to each patient are available when needed. The technician coordinates with the assistants but reports directly to Dr. Gittess.
Located in Oviedo, Winter Springs Florida, Dr. Gittess has been in practice over 25 years. Dr. Gittess has this one location and he is the only doctor in the practice. He sees every patient every visit.

Randy Gittess graduated from Medical College of Virginia in Richmond to become a Doctor of Dental Sergury and later discovered his passion for orthodontics and went on to specialize in Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia where he received his certificate in orthodontics. Dr. Gittess is also Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a special distinction among orthodontists.
